REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Every effort is taken to ensure your items reach you safely and in perfect condition. If for whatever reason you receive an item from us which is damaged or incorrect please let us know ASAP as per the below:
If an item has arrived in damaged condition, please let us know as soon as it arrives using the contact form on this site or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your full name and address in the email and attach a photo clearly showing the damage. We will gladly replace any such items so long as you contact us immediately upon receipt of item, or in any event within 5 days of receipt of item.
This should never happen! However, in the odd event it does, please use the contact form on this site or email email@example.com and we will set this right for you.
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your item and want a refund, please use the contact form on this site or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your item. In line with statutory UK policy you will then have 14 days to return the items to us, in their original unused condition and original unbroken packaging, you will then receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving the item back. Proof of purchase may be requested.
